Our Coffee

Four drinks. Each one a reason.

A single espresso in a small ceramic cup on pale stone, shot from above, deep crema catching morning light.

Espresso

Dark stone fruit, clean finish. Brief and exact.

Espresso
A V60 pour in mid-stream, steam rising into window light, near-monochrome.

Pour Over

Bright, open, unhurried. A cup that rewards the wait.

V60
A raf coffee in a glass, warm layers visible through condensation.

Raf

Silk over dark. Layered, smooth, quietly addictive.

Espresso — milk
A signature tonic espresso in a tall glass with ice, set against a dark surface.

Seasonal

Changes with the harvest. Ask what is in the glass today.

Rotating

The cup begins far earlier than the cup.

Every bean here has a documented origin, a specific altitude, and a reason for being chosen.

metres above sea level

Chosen, not bought.

We work with small-lot producers in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Georgia's own developing highland regions. Each lot is selected after tasting, not on contract. When a harvest changes, the menu reflects it. That is not a disruption — it is the point. The coffee in your cup exists because someone decided it was worth bringing this far.

Three methods. No single answer.

We offer espresso, V60 pour over, and AeroPress. Each method draws something different from the same bean — a different conversation from the same voice. If you are not sure which to choose, that is a question our baristas find worth answering.

  • Pour Over
  • Espresso
  • AeroPress

Nothing here is gatekept.

Specialty coffee carries a reputation for difficulty. We do not share it. Our baristas know what is in the grinder, why it is there, and how to describe it without jargon. Come in uncertain. Leave knowing what you prefer.
